The rooms are recently renovated and good-sized and the staff is attentive. Its location to pay for parking the restaurant is comfortable and easy. Would come here again and enjoy an amazing stay.

Fairly clean place and incredible location, loved knowledgeable staff. The room was perfect and offered with balcony, good view plus fresh towels. I ate at a good restaurant.

Breakfast was very good. Fresh omelettes and waffles were prepared. Location was favorable; approx. 20 minutes into the city, with good traffic situation.

The staff was totally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was expensive, but the best breakfast I ever got in a hotel.

The location - unfortunately we needed by bus and subway almost an hour to the Downtown / Union Station.

Great pool but poor service

The indoor swimming pool was a delight. The staff cleaning the pool area were friendly.

Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. Our room had issues like a leaky toilet and we were given little assistance when we brought up our concerns.

Great central location with both indoor and outdoor pools. The indoor pool is large, and there are sun loungers available. Room had a tv, coffee maker, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Super nice staff that helped with anything. Food in the restaurant was decent, but the burger was surprisingly tasty.

I enjoyed the proximity to Aga Khan Museum, less than a 10-minute walk away, and the convenience of exploring the beautiful trails in Sunnybrook Park, making my stay nice as I wandered through the city and soaked in the scenery.
